- You can either call our dedicated team on 0844 800 3206 to discuss your case, or you can submit an Application form online. We issue our Offer Letter incorporating a Key Facts Illustration for you to consider. (Please note that Key Facts Illustrations will only be provided for Regulated Mortgage Contracts)
- You consider the offer, and if you wish to proceed, contact your solicitor to sign and return the documents to us. At the same time, call us to arrange the valuation(s).
- The signed Offer Letter and supporting documents (including valuation) are assessed upon our receiving them.
- Both solicitors (ours and yours) complete the legal matters, and funds are released to your solicitor for disbursement.
This simple process means that loans can be completed in just a few days.
